How long are workout classes?

50 minutes. 1:1 training sessions range from 30 minutes to an hour.

No. However, prospective members are invited to attend one complimentary class as part of their scheduled Diamond Discovery Session.

Yes. We offer 1:1 nutrition coaching with practical and personalized guidance to help you build the dietary habits to accomplish your goals.
